1. Rubber O-Ring Kit Introduction
Rubber O-ring is rubber ring with O-shaped cross section, it has high elasticity, insulation and long service life.
It is commonly used in machinery manufacturing, automotive, electrical, medical and other industries,and plays
the role of sealing, insulation, cushioning, fixing, etc. Therefore, rubber O-ring is one of the most commonly
used seals in global machinery.
O-ring kit is a complete set of rubber O-rings, which is generally used to repair excavators. There are also some
AS-568, JIS B2401 and European standard O-ring kits will be used in other fields, such as automobiles, medical
equipment, industrial equipment, etc
2. Raw Material
The most common material in the O-ring kit is NBR. Other materials like EPDM, SIL, FKM, ACM.
We should choose the appropriate material according to its use environment.

Q1. What is the normal lead time?
A: Average lead time for samples is 3-5 days, production time after sample approval
is 2-3 weeks. If tooling is involved, the lead time of production tooling is 10-15 days.
Q2. What is your standard packing?
A: All the goods will be packed by PE bag inside and carton outside. Special packing
method can be accepted when needed.
Q3. Which payment way is workable?
A1: Irrevocable L/C, Cash, PayPal, Credit card and T/T transfers.
A2: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment after goods are ready. If
tooling fee is involved, 100% tooling fee in advance.
A3: Payment way can be negotiated.
Q4. How do you ensure the quality of your products?
A1: We mainly use ASTM D2000 standard to define the quality of the rubber materials.
A2: We only use rubber raw materials certified by RoHS, FDA , REACH, PAHs.
A3: We will regularly test our rubber raw materials and issue rubber physical property
reports to monitor their quality.
